Responsibilities:

Lead IT project scoping and support business case preparation
Set up project plan and schedule
Propose project structure, deliverables, project KPIs, criteria's of success
Regularly report on the project execution status
Participate in project budget justification, budget approval, monitor budget, actual, commitments
Participate in vendor and solution selection if relevant
Constantly monitor business case and keep it up to date
Keep control over project activities, escalate issues, propose corrective actions if needed
Assess risks and identify mitigation actions, keep risks updated

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker and writer.
Experience in managing technical projects in the area of process automatization and integration with IT systems.
IT Project Experience preferably in a matrix organizational structure.
A minimum of 3 years of BA experience within an IT department.
Strong facilitation skills and excellent written and verbal communications.
Experienced in E2E business process design.
Positive attitude and understanding how to manage business expectations.
Knowledge of PRINCE2, ITIL4, Agile would be a big plus.
