Job objective:

To ensure reliable and fast financial information, to guarantee sustainability of accounting data in accordance with tax, accounting and labor regulations and Group norms :

I ensure that Group and local standards and accounting rules are observed
I anticipate and manage risks for my zone of responsibility
I ensure accounting information is reliable and provided on time for my scope
I suggest improvements to the Accounts for more efficiency on my scope of responsibilities
I analyze and validate the figures produced by me / my team through formalized audit documents, profit & loss accounts, according RAS and Group norms
I answer to the questions and advise my correspondents (operational staff, colleagues, managers, auditors and statistic authorities)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for correct execution of documents (and package of documents) by external counterparties and internal departments we take to account
Preparation of internal documents for the sections (fixed assets, deferred expenses, etc.)
Responsible for the correct reflection of ICA based on documents in respect with RAS, Tax legislation and Group norms
Selection of documents at the request of auditors, tax authorities, etc.
Responsible for correct accounting bookings according to RAS, Tax legislation and Group norms at his section
Correct, full and on-time archiving of documents
To take part in closing process accordingly to the scope of his duty
