Responsibilities:

Supports implementation of Country Medical Affairs Strategy for the therapeutic area

Establishes and maintains Scientific Exchange with Regional and National Key Scientific Leaders, speakers, Investigators and Potential Investigators, Key Decision Makers as per roster
Develops and implements structured and consistent Input-seeking and Continuous Medical Education activities as per Country Medical Affairs strategy
Supports Local Data Generation studies
Timely answers medical information requests
Timely enters data into and ensures Compliance with the Company business control systems
Facilitates implementation and ensures compliance with the Company policies and procedures (specifically, owned by Medical Affairs)

Requirements:

Medical or Pharmaceutical Degree
Established competencies in oncology or as a Medical Scientific Liaison in original pharmaceutical company
Ability to peer-to-peer communication and interaction with medical society representatives and scientific leaders
Excellent communication and good negotiation skills, ability to collaborate efficiently with different types of clients
Good at problem solving, motivated and independent in functioning, has mature sense of responsibility
Goal-oriented, has good project management skills and is efficient in team-work
Creative and multi-tasking skills
Good presentation skills
English, intermediate
