Our client is international aggregator company (HQ in Europe) providing services for subsea project around Russia.

IT Director

Functions:

Develop and maintain company operations Information Management governance including Information Management strategy, philosophy and standards.
Support the development of the overall project data framework, with particular focus on consistency and compatibility of different project information management tools.
Lead operations information integration activities across company operations systems (e.g. CMMS, PPS, AIMS/PIMS, GIS, SCADA) and phases (FEED, Detailed Design, Construction, Operation, Modification).
Support the preparation of a consistent project as-built dataset in an integrated information management platform.
Support the preparation of consistent operational activity (e.g. inspections, modifications) datasets in an integrated information management platform.
Own and act as subject matter expert of company GIS and project spatial information.
Interface with project parties (suppliers, contractors, other stakeholders) to ensure the timely delivery of quality information products to company standards.
Support engineering & construction group, managing the GIS activities to guarantee a proper transition period to operation phase.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master of Science, or applied computer technology
ONLY EXPERIENCE from OIL & GAS service industry
Experienced in operations software including AIMS/PIMS, ESRI platform GIS, PPS, SCADA, and CMMS.
10 - 15 yrs. experience in information management, preferably including operations software implementations for large infrastructure projects.
Strong communicator across cultures.
Flexible, self-starter, motivated, strong inter-personal skills.
Team-playing attitude; keen to work in multicultural contexts and able to proactively support project teams.
