As Head of Technical Operations department he/she controls projects in the areas of construction, property management, fitting, engineering and design:

Oversees overall Stores’ facility maintenance and services, leads all maintenance and repair processes and operations.
Conducts regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Manages third party suppliers and providers (equipment suppliers, engineering, construction, cleaning and other companies) - from setting a technical task to monitoring the implementation of work.
Controls and manages projects of reconstruction of shopping centers (from goal setting and budgeting to construction and commissioning of the shopping center)
Controls and manages projects of remodeling and other engineering projects in shopping centers
Implements projects within the agreed time frame, within the allocated budget and with the required level of quality; completes quality audits of technician work tasks.
Prepares department annual plans and budgets, tracks expenses and oversees the budget for maintenance.
Provides assessment of technical and financial risks for potential/considered land plots for shopping centers and manage these risks accordingly
Controls the timing for completion of design works and development of work plans
Represents the Company in collaboration with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, design and architectural organizations, etc.
Liaises with the authorities on issues related to land, roads, utility networks, and with other regulatory authorities and local administrations.
Ensures timely collection, distribution and storage of necessary technical documentation for the construction and commissioning of the project
Manages employees of the Department in HQ (~ 30 employees) and engineering teams in shopping centers (functional reporting line)
