The leasing company Zoomlion Capital Rus (a partner of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Rus) is looking for a specialist in the support of leasing transactions responsible for the execution of contractual documentation on leasing transactions for Zoomlion Heavy Industry Rus.

Обязанности работника:

in accordance with the company's development strategy, establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local banks and other financial institutions;
be responsible for developing the company's financing scheme and conducting negotiations, analyzing a reasonable and practical financial solution, as well as for post-credit management;
create effective communication with the credit and finance department and the local sales team, fully understand the demand for financing and build a management team to implement the local strategy;
execution of contractual documentation on leasing transactions;
preparation and sending of strict reporting notifications;
checking the completeness of documentation, collecting missing documents, forming a paper and electronic dossier on a leasing transaction;
preparation of additional agreements within the framework of leasing transactions, including recalculation of lease payments;
control, preparation of documentation and closing of leasing transactions (early or planned);
interaction with clients and other counterparties in the framework of leasing transactions.

Требования к работнику:

Higher education in finance or accounting.
Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a financial company or bank.
Experience in lending to automakers or construction companies (within the framework of banking or financial firms).
Knowledge of English at least C1 level is mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of efficiency, active lifestyle, result orientation.
Problem solving skills with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
