About the role:
It's remote work with night shifts
- Provide excellent customer service through live chat, e-mail, etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity.
- Analyse customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
- Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Ensuring all customer information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
- Communicating with customers via chat and call systems.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Conduct customer surveys about the company’s service so as to obtain feedback.
- Communicate customer feedback to technical and marketing teams in order to develop processes for better serving customers.
About requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience in Banking services
- Work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while remaining calm, with good time management skills and prioritising workload
- Technical awareness & multitasking is a must.
- IT skills, including ability to work fluently with raw client data using a variety of tools and systems
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and their needs
- Ability to solve hard cases, complaints and coordinate critical issues across departments and provide prominent and quick solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
- Ability to assess situations logically
- Additional knowledge of EU languages is a bonus
- Team player
