A design office was opened in Barcelona in 2011 through which DeFacto has succeeded in adding to its line of affordable and quality products also designs complying with world trends. We are looking for strong Leaders in our ambitious team!
Main Responsibilities:
- To be the first contact point for related functions and employees regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out in Human Resources area;
- To identify business units’ needs precisely and to convey them to HR business units upon analysis;
- To provide communication and implementation support in needs assessment and putting solutions into practice stages for establishing strong relationships with business units;
- To monitor all personnel movements (active recruitment of staff in stores, transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties, to monitor whether required transactions are processes on HR systems;
- To provide support to business units for seamless Performance Evaluation and 360 Competency implementations; as performance development follower to provide execution support for related processes in the company;
- To take part in business unit – related talent committees and evaluations regarding in – company transition processes;
- To inform management level and employees about legal implementations / personnel rights / fringe benefits with in the scope of all current and renewed company implementations in time and accurately, to ensure procedures and regulations are implemented and to monitor disciplinary processes;
- To provide guidance for change management projects; to establish the coordination/cooperation between in-company stake holders and related HR departments;
- Compute, disburse and review wages / salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings for all employees;
- To coordinate training and development process for HQ and stores;
- To maintan HR documentation and payroll process, (hiring&firing process, salary calculation, orders, timesheets, vacations and etc...)
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, HR or Related Fields,
- Minimum 3 years of active experience in administrative affairs, payroll, recruitment, organizational development and talent management;
- Good command of MS Office Programs;
- Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills;
- Very good level of spoken and written English (we do not consider CVs with basic knowledge of English);
- Able to travel other cities.
