JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountable for the cost and KPI performance of the International DCs in line with the contracts and operating plans agreed for both sites
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and develop a program across DCs to realize these, in conjunction with the 3PL partner
Searching for 3PLs, RFQ management, tender management, evaluation of 3PLs, and Contract & SLA management, implementation project planning with the selected 3PLs both for warehousing and transportation services
Work with Local & International Logistics, Planning, Supplying, and Store teams to plan and manage the daily and weekly workload for the DCs
Support and plan the logistics for new international branch openings for owned businesses
Support and plan the logistics for new international franchise and wholesale partners through the international DC’s
Work with stakeholders across the business and partners to refine and improve the process within the International DC’s
Confirm business requirements for IT System developments to System Business Analysts
Creation and maintenance of monthly and weekly KPI reporting pack for management
Establish and manage a set of SLA’s with the warehousing partners
Track cost benefits associated with international DC’s and revised ways of working

SKILLS

Experience of 3-5 years in supply chain related areas especially in fashion retail or FMCG
Higher degree in Supply Chain is preferred
Flexibility for travel
Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
Experience of working in or managing International Supply Chains
Capable of managing conflicting high priority conflicting demands
Experience of working with ERP systems and WMS solutions
Excellent communications skills with experience of working in an international environment and working in market
Experience of process mapping, gap analysis, process design and implementation
Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, experience of MS Project
