Is Looking for a Burners After Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Oversee all activities related to After Sales processes, ensuring a level of service aligned to Company standards to the different players (Resellers, Installers, etc) in the Russian market;
Monitor the performance of the Service Network and propose development, growth and product training activities for Authorized Technical Services in the market;
Collaborate with the Pre Sales Function to support the Company in business and marketing initiatives, such as training installers, promotion activities, products presentations, etc
Coordinate with Head Quarter in order to ensure the alignment to Company overall strategy and standards.

Qualifications

Education:

High School- Certificate or diploma in electronic, electro-mechanical or mechanical engineering technology.
Specialized knowledge:
Russian mother tongue, fluent in English, Italian as second language is a plus;
Minimum of 5 years heating field experience;
Comprehension of commercial/industrial HVAC building systems such as air conditioning plants, pumps, distributed cooling/heating, etc.

Personality requirements:
