We are currently looking for an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety (FS) Specialist (part-time job).

Key Responsibilities:

• Running OHS and FS audits, addressing all identified concerns
• Developing and aligning relevant orders, regulations, instructions, briefing programs, and other required documents
• Monitoring compliance with OHS and FS laws and legal regulations
• Conducting OHS and FS briefings
• Maintaining OHS and FS logs
• Developing evacuation plans, working out fire extinguisher placement
• Conducting Special Assessment of Working Conditions
• Conducting safety risk assessment
• Keeping OHS and FS reports
• Coordinating OHS inspections by regulatory authorities (labor inspection, fire inspection, sanitary and epidemiological station)
• Monitoring Russian legislation and best practices in OHS and FS

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree, or a Bachelor's degree in another field and a completed professional retraining program in OHS
• 3+ years of professional experience in OHS
• OHS training and OHS knowledge tests – at least once every three years
• Experience in drafting in-house regulations in line with the state regulatory requirements in OHS
• Experience in using electronic document management systems, digital platforms, legal reference systems, and databases in OHS
• Knowledge of the requirements established in the labor laws of the Russian Federation and OHS laws of the Russian Federation, including technical regulations and provisions concerning industrial, fire, transport, radiation, construction, chemical, and biological safety, and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population
• Proficiency in medical first aid
• A professional certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
• A professional certificate of Fire Prevention Specialist
