Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Human Capital group within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

Our Human Capital practice focuses on HR Strategy & Transformation, Competencies Evaluation, C&B, payroll audit, HR processes automation, Grading, Shared Service and Outsourcing Advisory, as well as HR administration services and Corporate Culture projects.
You will become a part of a focused team assisting a client in determining how their HCAS function can more effectively support their enterprise strategy, or you may have the chance to contribute to a team working to help a client transform their HR function.
The role will involve:
- Ensure that high-quality HR consultancy services, including employee administration, rewards, learning & development, culture & engagement, and surveys, are provided to Russian and international clients
- Become responsible for projects’ HR stream: HR process efficiency, HR Shared Service Centers, HR processes automation, Competencies & Grading etc.
- Analyze and develop business processes
- Cooperate closely with clients and involved teams
- Take part in marketing activities, prepare presentations and proposals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR function (either management consulting or in the industry with multinational companies, specifically in operations excellence, business process improvement, or business process automation areas)
- Excellent knowledge of Russian labor law (knowledge of CIS labor low is a plus)
- Knowledge and experience in deployment of HR tools and methodologies in employee admin, time management for production companies, rewards (including C&B), learning and development (including career planning, talent pool, rotation etc.), talent acquisition processes
- Excellent knowledge of employee admin and reward admin processes
- Successful experience in cross-functional process execution/HR project management experience
- Understanding unit budget management: planning, reconciliation, controlling
- Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced and highly flexible environment
- Being a strong team player, exhibiting flexible, problem-solving approach to work
- Excellent presentation skills (including experience in presentation preparation and delivery)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Consulting experience/HR shared services centre/large multinational consumer company
- Experience with HR Software, in particular SAP/SuccessFactors, Taleo, 1C, BOSS-Kadrovik, etc.
- Experience of work in project solutions (ARIS, Visio, MS Project)
