The role of the Equipment engineer is to provide technical support and maintenance of a skid during field trials of DRA product at customer sites in MENA region and Europe.

Main responsibilities:

Carrying out commissioning, repair, and equipment maintenance;
To ensure reliable operation of equipment, proper operation, timely high-quality repair maintenance, work under modernization, and increase the efficiency of repair equipment;
To carry out technical supervision and repair devices on the equipment;
To make schedules for inspections and repairs of equipment, applications for centralized overhauls to obtain materials, spare parts, maintenance passports for equipment;
To be involved in the testing, handover, and installation of new equipment;
To make an accounting of all types of equipment, as well as spent depreciation periods and obsolete equipment, prepare documents for their write-off;
To study the operating conditions of equipment, individual parts, and assemblies in order to identify the causes of their premature wear;
To carry out technical management of lubricants and emulsions for equipment;
To organize accounting for the performance of work on the repair and modernization of equipment;
To control HSE standards during maintenance work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of relevant experience providing field trials in Engineering and Equipment maintenance.
Technical expertise in design of mechanisms, hydraulic and electrical systems and equipment.
Excellent ability to identify problems and to create innovative approaches to solve the problems.
