We are looking for a star performer to strengthen collaboration between HeadHunter and its portfolio companies and take it to the next level. HeadHunter’s portfolio has grown consistently over the last years and currently comprises diversified suite of assets across the broad HR-tech space: Zarplata, Skillaz, Dream Job, YouDo, HR-link and Edstein. As a part of our growth strategy, we aim to increase revenue generated by adjacent HR services and the potential candidate will contribute to delivering on this strategy pillar. M&A Portfolio Performance Manager is a complex cross-functional role involving managing both the interests of the parent company and subsidiaries. On HeadHunter side this person will collaborate with product, finance, marketing and tech teams, while on portfolio side the communication would be with CEO and C-level executives. The role requires high business acumen and strategic thinking as well as sound communication and organizational skills. Key responsibilities

• Act as a key interface in relationship with portfolio companies and HeadHunter
• Identify value creation opportunities for portfolio companies and drive value creation initiatives
• Contribute to developing portfolio companies’ strategy. Work closely with portfolio companies in order to facilitate the shared vision for growth and supervise strategy execution
• Closely collaborate with HeadHunter product team to identify potential areas for product synergies between parent company and subsidiaries and oversee implementation
• Regularly monitor and analyze portfolio companies’ performance and mitigate potential issues
• Closely involve in portfolio companies’ budgeting process to ensure consistency with strategy and alignment with parent company interests
• Ensure effective board meetings process and oversee board materials preparation
• Ensure adoption of Group-level portfolio reporting standards – both operational and financial

Requirements and expectations

• Excellent academic track record, BA/MS degree from leading university with major in economics, informatics, mathematics, physics or a comparative field
• 5+ years of practical experience in top international consulting firm, VC/PE industry (ideally involved collaboration with portfolio companies), investment banking, corporate development or product management role
• Experience in digital technologies would be a plus
• Great project management skills, ability to coordinate complex assignments involving multiple parties
• High attention to details and critical thinking
• Genuine interest in start-up industry and innovative digital business models
• Business acumen and practical sense of commercial opportunity
• Strong analytical skills, a drive for numbers
• Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English
