BostonGene is an international IT Healthcare company that creates an analytical platform for oncologists to diagnose patients and find the most effective strategy to treat cancer.

We work in a rapidly evolving field of medicine, molecular biology, and IT. Our main task is to help a physician to select the most appropriate treatment to save a patient’s life.

We are looking for employees ready to analyze cutting-edge studies in molecular oncology and cancer therapy and implement them into our healthcare ecosystem.

The analyst will participate in multiple projects, including developing new cytometry panels, collaborating on projects, and providing necessary information from publications to support bioinformaticians with analysis result interpretation.

Required candidate level: Middle

Job Responsibilities:

Literature search and annotation of different molecular features: cell markers for cytometry, oncology biomarkers, gene sets, and biomarker of various clinical conditions;
Analysis of proposed content of cytometry panels (clinical utility and value of markers and panels for diagnostics and patient condition characterization);
Preparing presentations in English.

Required Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of molecular biology and immunology;
Understanding of principles of cytometry and NGS experiments;
University degree in immunology, medicine, molecular biology, cell biology, bioinformatics, or other related disciplines of biology and medicine;
Proficiency in English and Russian;
Experience in an immunological laboratory, and experience with a flow cytometer;
Previous experience with scientific papers in cytometry, immunology, molecular, and clinical oncology written in English;
Will be a plus: experience in hematology research.
