Responsibilities:

Carry out inventory planning;
To carry out supply chain planning: calculating the quantity to the order based on the sales forecast, maintaining information about orders to the supplier, monitoring and updating the delivery date;
Communicate with suppliers regarding the status of orders;
Notify related departments about changes in delivery statuses (delay or disruption of delivery dates);
Carry out work on the delivery of goods, choose the best way to deliver goods, communicate with forwarders, brokers, customs posts;
To make and update data in corporate systems (SAP), to adjust statuses;
Conclusion of contracts with suppliers;
Work with a large number of SKUs > 2000 products with a short (1 year) life cycle and a long production period;
Understanding of sales, principles of working with retail chains, pricing policy, profitability, cyclicity, etc.;
Interaction with the sales department to coordinate the assortment;
Working with illiquids.

Requirements:

Higher education;
Practical experience in supply chain & logistic for at least 3 years;
Knowledge of foreign trade and international logistics;
Knowledge of the commodity nomenclature and the customs clearance process;
Knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, SD modules) is a must! MS Excel;
English - upper-intermediate;
Practical skills in analyzing and processing large amounts of data, the ability to establish processes, the ability to generate atypical solutions, high concentration in stressful situations, stress tolerance, perseverance.
