Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to work on projects for our corporate clients in FinTech and Digital Banking.

Responsibilities

Collect, refine and formalize business requirements
Prepare technical specifications, and high-level design documents on integration aspects of the project
Decompose functional requirements, write down functional and technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Get customer sign-off on business and technical requirements collected and registered
Validate collected business requirements with the development team
Help development and QA teams to understand the functionality to be built and tested
Attend Agile rituals to support the development team during the development process
Attend workshops with the business to help build a product roadmap and agree on the scope of work
Prepare and maintain functional and technical solution design documents as per customers' SDLC
Prepare business process diagrams using best practices and common methodologies
Perform solution demos to the customer.

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in projects in Digital Banking, Fintech domains
Extensive experience in the role of a business analyst/systems analyst
Excellent verbal and written English (B2+);
Practical experience in the crafting of User Stories and Acceptance criteria
Good understanding of User stories decomposition principles
Good understanding of Open API Specification (former Swagger) standard
Good understanding of Relational DBs principles and SQL
