Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and in-game services (boosting/coaching). Over the course of 6 years, we have established ourselves as leaders in the US and European markets. Every month, the service is used by over 200,000 users. The project's revenue is in the billions, and sales span across 100+ countries.
Over the last 1,5 years we grew from 80 to 150 people. We are looking for a Junior+/Middle IT-Recruiter to find best candidates for our growing team!
Examples of vacancies - Node.js dev, React.js dev, Performance marketing manager, Product manager, Sales manager, Supply manager, etc.
Who We Need
- A specialist with a deep understanding of recruitment cycles and funnel analysis.
- A consultant who is ready to say "No because... , but lets do that instead" to the hiring manager
- An enthusiastic gamer who can't imagine life without games (our whole culture is based around games).
Your Main Responsibilities
On average we have 3-5 open positions per month, so you will do:
- Sourcing, recruiting and managing IT talent to meet the organization?s needs;
- Source and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate experience;
Rest of the time we will be happy to share HR-related tasks
- Like performance reviews,
- Onboardings,
- Educational programs, etc
Our HRD will teach you everything, if needed.
Formal Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in IT/Digital sphere.
- Proficient in written English (at least B2) and Russian (at least C1).
- Self-sufficiency, you are able to take the broad description and through questions
- You are a gamer.
