Responsibilities:

• Manage all issues related to logistics and supply of drugs for the affiliate.

• Ensure control over local production.

• Manage interaction with the secondary packaging partner.

• Manage short term and long term capacity planning activities and ensure appropriate communication to critical resource owners.

• Proactively assess inventory positions (LDP/FDP/Materials) and execute plans to drive to the targets.

• Manage towards a stable supply plan and identify root causes and corrective actions in case of deviations.

• Collaborate with supply sites and EU SC ROLs (e.g. ABR) to ensure timely supply. Work closely with regional demand planning to understand market requirements and urgency.

• Manage production / inventory / LCM planning for RU CMOs, ensure cross-functional cooperation (CMO, Affiliate, RA, EU SC).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of directly related experience in pharmaceutical company.

• The candidate will have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Supply Chain processes: Product Launches and Variations; Demand Management & S&OP / IBP process; Supply Management; Inventory Management.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Strategic skills.

• Project Management skills.

• Strong facilitation skills.

• Good negotiating and influencing skills.

• Ability to work under minimal direction in a matrix environment and different cultures.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to evaluate compliance issues.

• Emotional resilience, ability to work under stress.
