We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.

Our client is a logistics company existing since 2011 and specializing in sea transportation, railway transportation and sea-railway combined transportation between China and Russia. With over 10 years of experience in China-Russia transportation.

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Manager due to business expansion in Russia, preferably with experience as a supplier/vendor more than In House position.

Missions

Fully responsible for the management of existing overseas suppliers and developing high-quality supplier resources; protecting the company's business information and maximizing the company's interests;
Responsible for operational control of overseas projects in the Russian region, ensuring smooth delivery of overseas projects;
Responsible for managing overseas procurement and performance, controlling project costs, optimizing process management, and enhancing competitiveness in the overseas performance market;
Guided by enhancing customer value, provide value-added customer service and enhance customer satisfaction;
Other tasks assigned by the local manager.

Skills

Have experience in international freight forwarding or international logistics industry, familiar with the Russian market, and at least 3 years of equivalent work experience.
Proficient in spoken English, majoring in logistics and trade related majors; Chinese speaking is a plus.
Have the courage to challenge, be good at communication, and be full of team spirit.
