In a European pharmaceutical company, a position for a Communications Manager for the Specialty Care business is open.

Main responsibilities:

As a member of the Communications team, you will work cross-functionally to help communicate with media, external stakeholders, partners as well as employees; devise communications materials and campaigns; organize external media events; and develop communications materials supporting these campaigns. We’re looking for great communicators who can understand complex issues and explain them in person and also via well written, simple texts, FAQs, video scripts and more.
As a Communications Manager, you will develop strategies and drive key communication campaigns across Specialty Care Business Unit diverse areas of initiatives. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support initiatives that drive impact.
You will partner with the Specialty Care and also come up with innovative ways in line with company’s culture to engage employees; write communications, business update presentations and talking points; run preparation and execution of the Business Unit’s Cycle Meetings, Town Halls and other internal events. You will help Specialty Care leaders to develop and execute strategic executive and change communications by writing compelling messages for these leaders, creating thoughtful presentations for internal meetings, and finding innovative ways to engage employees to build a shared culture.

Skills, experience & knowledge requirements:

Working experience: 5+ years Communications experience
Quick-witted, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication and multimedia (e.g., video, graphics, etc.) skills;
Experience project managing and coordinating content for events;
Measuring and analyzing communications efforts for their effectiveness against stated goals;
Skilled at building relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and ability to work well across teams, Functions, and levels;
Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments;
Effective team player who can lead efforts across functions;
Languages: Russian (native); English (upper-intermediate).
