Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of CRM project. Develop special projects: Onboarding/trigger mechanics, Regular newsletter projects.
Develop targets and prepare segments (numbers, description and target validation)
Process CRM projects through all steps of campaign workflow, including HTMLs review and send-outs proofing and validation stages.
Run CRM projects (new features) to improve processes, approaches and methods of CRM operation.
Budgeting of upcoming project costs and budget administration, timely entry into the system, document management.
Work with agencies at all stages of the development and implementation, from briefing to performance analysis. Quality control, deadlines, and compliance with company, brand and product category standards.
Participation in the development of research (task setting, analysis of results and development of recommendations for improving project efficiency).
Maintaining contracts with agencies, communication with internal services to coordinate documents.
Collaboration and information exchange with other departments, support for the regional divisions of the company.
