Обязанности работника:

Cost Control and Analysis:
-
Supervise and analyze project costs, budgets, and expenditures for multiple
concurrent construction projects, including those involving both direct
workforce and subcontractors. -
Develop and maintain comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for various
project phases. -
Identify cost-saving opportunities, potential risks, and financial trends,
providing strategic recommendations for optimization. -
Financial Reporting:

Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, encompassing cost performance
reports, cash flow projections, and variance analysis, to senior management
and project stakeholders. -
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely project
financial reporting. -
Bid and Proposal Support:
-
Actively participate in the preparation of cost estimates and proposals for
potential new construction projects. -
Engage in bid evaluations and contribute to contract negotiations with potential
clients. -
Project Acquisition:
-
Collaborate closely with business development teams to identify and assess
new project opportunities, conducting financial feasibility studies and due
diligence, including risk analysis. -
Contract Management:
-
Review and scrutinize project contracts, change orders, and subcontractor
agreements to ensure alignment with cost estimates and budgets. -
Support contract negotiations and oversee change order management.

Cost Forecasting:

Develop and maintain accurate cost forecasts and projections for ongoing
projects, considering project timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks. -
Cost Management Tools:
-
Leverage cost management software and tools to streamline and optimize cost
control processes, fostering efficiency and accuracy. -
Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
-
Evaluate the performance of vendors and subcontractors, ensuring cost
effective procurement and timely delivery of materials and services. -
Compliance and Documentation:
-
Ensure strict adherence to financial and accounting standards, as well as
internal and external audit requirements. -
Maintain meticulous project cost documentation and records for accountability
and transparency.
Требования к работнику:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a related field (master’s degree
preferred). -
Proven track record of success in construction cost control, financial analysis, and
project estimation, with substantial experience in managing projects with both
direct workforce and subcontractors. -
Construction Cost Management: In-depth knowledge of construction cost
management principles, including cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and
tracking expenses specific to the construction industry. -
Financial Analysis: Proficiency in financial analysis techniques to assess project costs,
identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. This includes understanding
financial statements, cash flow analysis, and variance analysis. -
Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects
simultaneously, ensuring they stay on budget, meet deadlines, and align with
project objectives. -
Contract Management: A thorough understanding of construction contracts, change
orders, and subcontractor agreements, as well as the ability to review and negotiate
these contracts effectively. -
Risk Assessment: The capability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments for
construction projects, considering factors that may impact costs and proposing risk
mitigation strategies. -
Budget Development: Experience in developing and managing project budgets,
including detailed cost breakdowns for various project phases and activities. -
Cost Control Tools: Proficiency in using cost control software and tools to streamline
processes and maintain accurate financial records. -
Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Skills in evaluating vendor and
subcontractor performance, managing relationships, and negotiating favourable
terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. -
Financial Reporting: The ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior
management and project stakeholders, conveying cost performance, cash flow
projections, and variance analysis in a clear and comprehensible manner. -
Bid Estimation: Expertise in preparing cost estimates and proposals for potential
construction projects, including cost estimation methods and bid evaluation. -
Business Development: Understanding of business development processes,
including identifying and assessing new project opportunities and conducting
financial feasibility studies. -
Compliance and Audit: Knowledge of financial and accounting standards and
regulations, as well as experience ensuring compliance with internal and external
audit requirements. -
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to engage in contract negotiations with
potential clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. -
Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to
collaborate with project managers, senior management, and clients, as well as
convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. -
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address
cost-related challenges and deviations from project budgets. -
Multitasking: The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines. -

including project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists. -
