☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

• The objective is to perform QA/QC activities during fabrication of steel structures, Subcontracted by NOE to different Subcontractors.

  Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Expert QA/QC
• Review and approve QA QC Subcontractors Documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise the inspection activities performed by workshop inspectors.
• Leading Inspectors
• Review and distribute inspection outputs to the CONTRACTOR Quality and fabrication team members and to highlight any specific action required.
• Take immediate action with the Quality coordinator and Quality Manager to resolve any deficiency reported by client, Subcontractors, by Inspectors, by Yard, or by Site.
• Implement the Project tools for NCR/Punch List Management
• Follow-up, monitor and expedite the actions plan resulting from Punch lists, NCRs, quality audits, corrective and preventive plans, significant quality alerts, QA/QC documentation
• Collect and review information for weekly & monthly quality reporting from SUBCONTRACTORs and inspectors such as PL and NCR status, KPIs, retest program status, MRB status
• Coordinate with internal Fabrication and Reporting team to cross check (from Fabricators workshops via resident inspectors) , the reliability of data and reporting in the Project tools (Fabrication Data Base)
• Any needed action, that may be requested by Quality or Fabrication Management

Требования к работнику:

• Not less than 5 Years of relevant experience
• Graduated- Bachelor/ Specialist from Engineering school or University with a welding and/ or Civil & Steel Structure Engineering specialties
• More than 5 years’ experience in a structural/equipment quality control and inspection (if possible with international EPC projects in the industry of Oil and Gas field),
• knowledge of welding and related processes
• knowledge/experience in Non-Destructive Examination
• knowledge in mechanical testing
• understanding and having experience with coating and fire protection inspection activities
• awareness of local and international norms and Codes,
• rigorous, organized and creative, good relationship skills and team spirit,
• mobility for frequent missions within Russia, and potential limited missions abroad
• English Fluent in writing and speaking with technical back ground
• Microsoft tools (world, Excel, Power Point , Teams)

Will be an advantage:

• Qualifications related to the proper field of expertise:
• Lead auditor
• NAKS/IWI or IWE
• NDE (VT, RT/UT, MPI/DPI)
• Qualification for NACE level II or FROSIO level III, Prometey or equivalent
