????Responsibilities:

Manage the software engineering stream and sub-stream to ensure efficient project execution and product development.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the stream, sub-stream, and QA stream lead.
Coordinate the B2Core software engineering stream.
Conduct performance reviews of the software engineering stream, sub-stream, and QA stream lead.
Onboard and offboard software engineers, software engineers sub-stream, QA stream lead, and the QA engineer stream.
Provide technical validation of the system requirements.
Build comprehensive and multiple stages of testing, including manual, automatic, load, chaos, and regression testing.
Assume responsibility for the stability of upcoming releases and the overall system stability.
Control over the planned release development timeline.
Control over system design and product architecture.
Synchronize priorities with the Product Manager across the B2Core stream.
Constantly improve CI/CD practices in the department, tech radar, technological stacks, and protocols and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.
Synchronize with DevOps and Security departments.
Report progress daily, weekly, and monthly to the Operational Committee.

Obligatory:

At least 5 years' experience in a technology leadership role.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, web application architecture, and database design.
Excellent knowledge of FIX protocol technology.
Strong knowledge of Go, Unit-Testing, and Automatic Testing.
Significant experience in PHP.
Experience with Kubernetes, GitLab, Sentry, Grafana, Docker, CI/CD, Mongo & Postgre, and automated development tools for security screening, chaos engineering, and semantic release tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of .NET and C#.
Familiarity with FIX protocol technology is advantageous.
Understanding of software architecture.
Understanding of the principles to build high-load and high-performance systems.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.
