Taitan FZCO has extensive experience in implementing projects in different countries: Uganda, Kenya, Russia, Azerbaijan and others. We are currently conducting transformational projects in Kenya, Uganda and Sri Lanka aiming at digitalizing the tax system and introducing a safe-smart city.

Our company is expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic and like minded people to bring our projects to the new international markets and create a great team of professionals!

Now we need a quilified Logistic manager for the Uganda Project ( shift method of work or remotly)

Responsibilities:
- To setup all internal logistic flow for production from the beginning (Process work-flow, internal company
procedures/standards);
- To setup all external logistic flow for deliveries from the beginning (~15 constant customers, ~70
temporary);
- Develop planning and production execution control system and necessary documentation;
- Manage Inventory and audits (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly);
- Develop and implement all warehouse management tools (build warehouse from the beginning);
- Manage Logistic team (Planning, Dispatch, Warehouse);
- Management of suppliers;
- Make purchasing plan for production;
- Continuously improvement and development of control methods;
- Develop delivery packaging for all products;
- Develop all necessary documents flow (inside company + accountant);

Requirements:
- English at least B2;
- Knowledges of VSM, FIFO, Kanban + Lean Production+ Kaizen+ Material Flow, Storage& Delivery concept;
- Analytical way of thinking;
- Knowledge and understanding of Russian and International production standards.
- Higher education;
- Experience in developing logistic and planning documentation
- 3 years of similar work experience at production logistic/planning;
- Basic knowledges of the production & quality management system
- Experience in development and design production and warehouse process workflow and lay-out;
- PC - experienced user: MS Excel, MS Visio;
