And today our team is looking for a Business analyst in the Analytical group of the Department of technlogies development in Production devision.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • To take part in projects of IT systems implementation and process optimization as a business analyst and change agent.
  • To investigate and document business systems ("as is" processes, organizational structure, IT systems).
  • To identify business needs and provide solutions for business systems improvement.
  • To detect, collect, analyze and document business requirements.
  • To facilitate communication and decision-making on process and system issues.
  • To provide presentations to Stakeholders and Subject matter experts on proposed solutions.
  • To coordinate and support change management process.
  • To create and document instructions and regulations.
  • To provide user trainings.
  • To support users on process and IT system issues

Our requirements to this position are:

  • Required work experience: more than 1 year as a business analyst / consultant in business / IT projects.
  • Education: Higher (preferebale economical, business - IT, management)
  • English level: : intermediate
  • Program ownership: : Advanced user: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Teams, MS Outlook. Additionally (would be a plus): ARIS, BPMN Studio, Miro board, MS Project.

Professional skills:

  • Possess strong analytical thinking skills in relation to business process engineering and in relation to IT systems.
  • To know business process concepts, business analysis techniques.
  • To have experience in process analysis, requirements engineering and documentation.
  • To have experience in interviewing people and collecting detailed business requirements.
  • Being able to analyze, structure and visualize information (including BPMN, IDEF notations).
  • To have experience in process automation and systems implementation (PLM or ERP implementation experience will be regarded as an advantage).
  • Good presentation skills: to have experience in providing trainings will be regarded as an advantage.
  • To know basic procedures of project management.

  • High communication skills. Being able to listen. Being able to look from different perspectives.
  • Being able to explain and proove your position in negotiations. Being consistent.
  • Willing to work on the result. Being proactive. Being flexible to changes.
  • Being ready to work in multitasking mode. At the same time to know your limits and being open to escalate problems.
  • Being able to take responsibility.
  • Being ready to work in a team.
  • Willing to constantly learn and develop yourself.
