The Official duties:
Introduce and sell products on the markets of Russia and CIS (Kazakhstan / Uzbekistan / Turkmenistan). Sales & Commercial support for our customer’s network. Market development for existing TC products and build up the distributing network. Contacts with designers, contractors and governmental departments for infrastructure or other suppliers.
1. Develop the business strategy for your area which will ensure our continued growth within the overall market, that has to be approved by regional sales manager in Austria.
2. Make annual sales forecast in keeping with your business strategy for the assigned territory which meets the entity's goal for sales growth, that has to be approved by regional sales manager.
3. Call on existing and prospective customers (designers, investors, contractor’s) based on project information’s to discuss their actual or potential needs and present suitable products.
4. Following up all sales leads from companies within the territory for both Direct and Distribution sales.
5. Ensure all aspects of key account management are covered such as: maximising design opportunities, commercial negotiations, and co-ordinating logistics with the operations departments.
6. Submit a weekly call report to correspond with the call plan, identifying the actions or outcomes arising from each call.
7. Prepare and maintain customer price contracts. Obtain information on competitor’s products and pricing
8. Manage and maintain the CRM Project database
9. Submit a weekly expense report covering all expenses incurred during the previous week.
10. Write a monthly report providing a summary and analysis of the last month performance and previewing activity for the forthcoming month, to include industry trends, competitor activity, new developments, etc.
11. Analyse the Sales Leads database and all POS Data and use to generate new customer visits and secure new business.
12. Contribute to group meetings including meeting with Distribution to review progress on existing and potential business ensuring all necessary action is taken to close orders and insrease sales.
13. Attend and participate in sales meetings, market relevant exhibitions
14. Build up the RU sales team (2 person) and create a new office
15. Find potential partners in these areas
The Requirements for the specialist:
Education - University of Business and Marketing or Infrastructure degree, Civil Engineering University education (welcome but not needed)
English - Fluent
Confident user MS Office, CRM-software (Genesis)

Working hours: - 60 % of his working time to different Russian region and CIS countries
Probably period - 3-4 months
Salary - approx. 250.000 -280 000 RUB plus sales commission and bonus
