About the job

You’ll be the first Product Manager of a new concept!
You’ll be tasked to build a product (Transaction banking) with trust and safety top of mind and work with the product development team and leadership on a frequent basis.

About you

knowledge and abilities

you have strong written and verbal English and Russian skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with engineering teams
you have deep understanding of a banking ecosystem and main products (is a must)
you have understanding of market trends and what contemporary digital banking and banking should be
you have strong sense of responsibility with a bias towards action
you have a scrappy and “hustle” mindset with a healthy dose of skepticism
you are results oriented with a bias towards action

ability to

to roll up your sleeves, solve problems and build long-term solutions
to envision the short term and long term horizon of the product
to constantly iterate

education

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related is a plus

experience

at least 3+ years in a Product Manager / Product Owner role in a FinTech or Bank

What you will be doing

Pitching and positioning new ideas for product and feature development

identify problems and build scalable solutions that bring value
set goals, track metrics and use data as your tool to make the right decision and support your position
develop the roadmap and requirements based on your communication with stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
evaluate opportunities, bring proposals and support them with data

Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life

work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance, while ensuring revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals are met. Write user stories with Gherkin.

Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the target user or customer

maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning

make sure the whole company understands what you are working on and why
