Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our dynamic tech team in the development and launch of Web3 products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects, ensuring top-notch security standards, and implementing efficient workflows within Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large tech teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Oversee development and deployment of Web3 products, specifically focusing on cross-chain messaging solutions, oracle data feeds, and liquid vaults.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of technologies.
Uphold the highest standards of safety and security in all project aspects.
Meticulously document all tasks, maintaining clear and comprehensive project documentation.
Implement and refine Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
Manage the project lifecycle, from conception to release, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, and risk management.
Coordinate with different stakeholders, including developers, designers, and external partners, to ensure alignment and project coherence.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Web3 and blockchain technology, and incorporate these insights into project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing tech teams of 15+ people and launching Web3 products
Strong background in software development, project management, and Agile methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralised applications (dApps)
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Exceptional skills organising documentation and release process
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
English at C1 or higher.
Computer science degree is a plus.
