We have a young and ambitious team spread across 10 countries. English and Russian are our primary languages of communication.

In this role, you will:

• Interact with stakeholders, organize meetings, surveys, and work sessions to collect requirements for the functionality and design of the software products being developed.

• Analyze the collected data to identify key requirements and priorities, understand business processes, and define technical specifications.

• Participate in the development of the architecture for software products, including the design of databases, the interaction scheme of system components, and integration with external services.

• Create data models and business processes using modeling tools like UML and BPMN.

• Create detailed requirements specifications.

• Check the formulated requirements for completeness, ambiguity, and feasibility, together with stakeholders and the development team.

• Track changes in requirements throughout the project life cycle.

• Organization of User Acceptance Testing

What we expect from our candidates:

• The ability to analyze large volumes of information, model complex systems and processes.

• The capacity to effectively collect, analyze, and document business requirements and turn them into clear, understandable specifications for our development team.

• An understanding of the principles of contemporary technologies and the architecture of software systems, including databases, web technologies, and system integration.

• Proficiency with modeling tools such as UML or BPMN.

• Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

• Basic knowledge of principles of UI/UX, to improve interaction with an online store.

• Understanding of processes of testing and validating systems, to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.

• Ability to document requirements, specifications, and processes clearly and in a structured manner.

• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, for interaction with different levels of stakeholders and effective information exchange between all project participants.

• High level of English proficiency (B2 and above)
