Multinational Leasing Company.
• The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Management of the sales team
Required experience
• Relevant experience in sales with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. At least 3 years’ experience in a European and/or international corporate environment is highly appreciated
• Experience in fleet management and customer service is desirable
• Experience in the finance area, either accounting or financial services, is desirable
• Previous experience with developing and implementing business and commercial strategy including new product development
• Evidence of strong commercial acumen – sales and financial profit cycles
• Proven interest in automotive sector
• Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Pro-active, independent self-starter with strong commercial acumen
• Hands-on practical approach with the ability to view projects long-term
• High energy level and ability to motivate and drive teamwork
• Excellent negotiation skills that can maximize profitability for the company
• Excellent people management skills and team player
• Demonstrated leadership skills that shows appreciation as well as inspires and motivates others
• Clear and open style of communication and cooperation
• Able to move between strategy and tactics as the need arises
• Ability to quickly embrace new concepts and explain those to others
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills and strong analytical skills
• Open, honest, reliable, accurate
• High level of integrity, professionalism and maturity
• Native Russian and fluent English, both verbally and in writing
• University degree +MBA preferably.
