We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead our new projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/she will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Develop full-scale project timeline and associated documents
Act as the project interface for the external clients, partners, and their representatives
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

Must-have Requirements

Proven working experience in project management
Experience in leading projects with state-owned companies
Familiarity with Scrum & Agile methodologies
English — upper-intermediate or higher

Qualifications

Experience in leading complicated tech projects (ideally, developing of products at the intersection of hardware & software)
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Jira
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
