Novakid is an English language school catering to children aged 4-12, and is actively seeking a new team member to join our Content Department. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating our online 2nd language English program, aligned with European CEFR standards. If you're passionate about language education, methodologically strong, and eager to make a positive impact, we invite you to apply and grow with us!

Main responsibilities

• Design and develop fun and engaging content, including but not limited to lesson homework exercises and assessments, in accordance with Novakid standards and philosophy
• Participating in the content review process and giving constructive feedback
• Observing classes to ensure the quality of the material
• On-going improvement of existing material
• Taking part in multimedia material creation and implementation.

Requirements

• Evidence of your proficient understanding of lesson planning and methods
• Experience in developing teaching material
• Fluent English (not lower than C1, both written and spoken)
• High computer literacy particularly with G suite
• Higher Education

• Mentally agile, ie. handle changes extremely well
