The Auctions Technical Support Specialist will assist the Auctions Product Manager by providing support to customers and internal teams, updating documentation and giving product demonstrations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to internal users on all aspects of the Thomson Reuters Auction system, for example, user onboarding and instance configuration.
• Provide third-level support to troubleshoot end-user issues
• Updating marketing collateral, user guides and functional specifications for new release content
• Creating release notes and product presentations for internal and external use
• Giving remote product demonstrations to internal staff and potential new customers
• Providing training to internal customer-facing staff and end users

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with eCommerce / eTrading products.
• You should have a passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• A well-organized and disciplined approach and experience working in a distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent time, project management and organizational skills; setting priorities and maintaining flexibility in a changing or ambiguous, matrixed environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with image editing software for the production of screen mock-ups is a plus.
