Main goals:

Leading and managing DevOps & DevSecOps team – 3 engineers;
Managing IT Infrastructure and leading migration of web and mobile apps from on-premise and AWS to cloud Google Cloud Platform;
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability;
Implement and manage robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems;
Working closely with the Audit team on Personal Data Protection and Qatar Compliance Regulations.

Requirements:

Stack technologies: Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP, AWS, Vault, RDS, ELK, PostgreSQL, Secrets Management, Prometheus + Grafana.

5+ years of experience in DevOps and Infrastructure management
Experience in building high-load and fault-tolerant infrastructure;
Experience in people management DevOps engineers;
Understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and GitOps practices;
Experience in building monitoring and alerting systems;
Experience in building Cloud infrastructure.
