We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Treasury to join our finance team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Finance, Accounting;
• 5+ years in Finance (Holding activity, Banks, Fintech, Payment systems, SaaS, Blockchain);
• 2+ years in Treasury field: understanding of banking systems and processes, CEX, liquidity providers, DEX, Fireblocks, hot/cold wallets processes is a must;
• Cryptocurrency trading experience is desirable;
• Knowledge of IFRS is desirable;
• Accounting software: Quickbooks, Xero.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast detailed short/long-term crypto/fiat flows;
• Execute (domestic/international wire transfers in USD, EUR, AED etc) fiat payments, execute crypto payments via crypto tools, taking into account searching for the optimal payment method, preliminary analysis of tax risks, reduction of the cost of treasury operations;
• Maintain and monitor the company's bank accounts, cash balances, hot/cold wallets, including liquidity control of subsidiaries within the group;
• Crypto/fiat reconciliations;
• Improve of treasury processes, procedures on payment, security requirements;
• Liaise with the Financial Reporting and Accounting Divisions to perform monthly close activities;
• Manage the company's banking relationships and ensure that appropriate services and products are in place to meet the company's needs;
• Implement and maintain technology solutions for efficient treasury operations.
