Job Description:

• Review design briefs and determine project requirements;
• Conceptualize visuals based on the provided guidelines;
• Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas for review;
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand;
• Choose appropriate colors, layouts, and styles for each project;
• Collaborate closely with the event manager to finalize designs;
• Test graphics across various media platforms to ensure consistency;
• Amend designs based on feedback and client input;
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and align with the brand

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in graphic design 3 years;
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and graphic design;
• Proficiency in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.);
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration;
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines;
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus;
• Working proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
