What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by excelling in the receipt, identification, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Organize and maintain both inventory and storage areas, ensure accurate shipments and transactions, also plan final product shipments according to customer requirements.
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Experience as Warehouse & Logistic coordinator
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
