About the Company

B?TE NOIRE 13 is an international automotive design studio founded by Serge Savini, a renowned automotive designer whose daring projects have attracted VIP clients worldwide. We work primarily with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) with net worths ranging from $1 million to $5 million—clients who demand exclusive, top-tier services. We design and manufacture custom body kits—including bumpers, wide-body extensions, wheels, and more—at our own facility in Russia, then ship them to clients in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

  • Average Order Size: EUR50,000–EUR200,000
  • Mission: To set the latest trends in custom automotive design by creating bold, high-end solutions for the world’s most prestigious vehicles.

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Leader / Country Manager to represent B?TE NOIRE 13 in your region and help us break into local markets through an exclusive partnership. We welcome candidates from any location, with no geographic restrictions.

First-Year Objective

Identify and sign an exclusive distributor in your territory, who will market and sell B?TE NOIRE 13 products and services.

Act as the primary liaison between the company and the distributor, overseeing performance and communication.

  • Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, etc.)
  • Europe (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, etc.)
  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, etc.)
  • Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, etc.)
  • Asia (China, Japan, Korea, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.)
  • CIS and Neighboring Countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, etc.)
  • Australia & Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Familiarize Yourself with Our Product

  • Review our body kits and accessories, as well as our brand’s design philosophy.
  • Assess market potential in your region.

Craft a Market Entry Strategy

  • Define target audiences, marketing channels, and potential partnerships.
  • Provide a rationale for why B?TE NOIRE 13 can succeed locally.

Identify and Secure a Local Distributor

  • Leverage your network in the automotive sector (dealers, showrooms, tuning shops).
  • Negotiate and finalize an exclusive agreement with the right partner.

Oversee and Coordinate

  • Post-signing, serve as the main point of contact between the distributor and B?TE NOIRE 13.
  • Ensure the distributor maintains premium quality and brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

Local Language Fluency (Native or C1+)

  • Ability to conduct negotiations, close deals, and navigate cultural nuances effectively.

Proven Leadership Experience

  • Background in managerial roles, strategic planning, and business execution.

VIP / HNWI Client Experience

  • Our typical customer has assets between $1 million and $5 million; experience working with VIP or luxury clientele is crucial.

Strong Automotive Connections

  • Mandatory experience in the automotive industry (dealers, tuning ateliers, showrooms).
  • An existing network that can expedite finding the right distributor.

Autonomous Work Style

  • Capable of independently driving projects forward with minimal oversight.

Collaboration Format

Exclusive Representation Agreement

  • We’ll initially sign an agreement granting you exclusive rights to represent B?TE NOIRE 13 and negotiate with potential distributors in your territory.

Exclusive Distribution Agreement

  • Once you secure a distributor, you’ll help finalize the distribution contract with that partner.
  • You remain the primary contact, ensuring both parties fulfill their obligations.

Flexible Work Arrangement

  • This is not a full-time role; you are free to manage other projects concurrently.

Project-Based for the First Year

  • Your main objective is to secure a distributor and formalize a partnership.
  • Further expansion (e.g., building a local team) may occur later but is not required initially.

Compensation

Commission Structure

  • Earn a percentage of all sales made by the distributor in your region.
  • Receive additional percentages from any new dealers who join under your territory.

Estimated Annual Income

  • We anticipate that EUR100,000–EUR120,000 per year is attainable once a strong distributor relationship is established, though this varies by region and market demand.

Earnings Potential

  • Since each custom project ranges from EUR50,000 to EUR200,000, you can build a robust commission base.
  • Single Transaction Value: In some cases, you could earn up to EUR10,000 from just one deal, depending on project scope and client budget. Actual figures will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Part-Time Flexibility

  • Even at these earning levels, this role remains part-time, offering a valuable supplemental opportunity alongside other professional engagements.
