Trade Finance & Treasury Controller reports to Finance Lead and is responsible for:

Order-to-Cash and Credit Control:

Account receivable management (AR), control over collection process, focus on minimization of overdue and AR exposure.
Credit risk management, mitigation of risks in commercial transactions through the use of credit risk security instruments.
Credit limits analysis and development of AR strategy.
Control over order release process.
Ensure correct closing and gross to net (G2N) reporting, AR reconciliation activities, DSO calculation.
Contract management for all commercial documents.
Management over timely bonuses’ reconciliation and settlement.
Close collaboration with Commercial department regarding any issues.
Participation in forecast process for the Sales part and alignment with commercial team.

Treasury:

Validation of Cash Flow forecast and alignment with corporate Treasury.
Operating in 3 banks and maintenance of cash balances in line with company's requirements.
Oversight of the operating projects and activities (salary project, corporate cards, customs cards, loan agreement, etc.).
Act as authorizer for all payments in client-bank.
Close communication with banks, staying on top of changing banking environment and currency control changes.

General:

Team management (3 direct reports)
Internal and External Audit support, Tax Audit support.
Owner and validator of OTC & Treasury Internal Controls.
Ensure correctness of closing activities for several legal entities.
Overall implementation of process improvements, adhering to compliance requirements.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports, presentations and provide critical inputs for various meetings.
Lead/participate in global and local projects, support initiatives.
Adheres to the highest standards of trustworthy and ethical behavior in all interactions and hold others to the same standards; comply with all laws, policies and regulations.
Supports change management activities by leveraging strong financial expertise and project management skills.

Expertise Required / Core Competences

Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Knowledge of Russian tax legislation and accounting standards, International accounting standards (US GAAP).
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Accounting/Finance (team management experience is a plus).
Practical knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit control, Treasury
Experience & knowledge of SAP system.
Advance MS Office user (incl. Excel & Power Point).
Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
Business acumen of pharmaceutical market & Russian healthcare is an advantage.
