Our Platform team is looking for Release Manager / Project manager to drive efficient usage of staging and testing environments for Align`s development teams. Release Manager will coordinate deployments and testing schedules for multiple staging environments, manage cross team collaboration on integration contracts and ensure overall environment health and stability.

Responsibilities

Ensure staging environments health and stability, coordinate efforts to address issues
Coordinate deployments to staging environments
Maintain environments inventory with full information about software components and their versions
Schedule testing activities and deployment window
Organize required environment maintenance activities
Creating and maintaining documentation on environment usage
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
Conduct Feature Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Code Promotion reviews
Weekly Environments Status Reporting
Continually work towards making improvements in the environments handling process

Skills & Work Traits

Ability to work independently with multiple cross-functional teams
Understanding of modern SDLC processes and infrastructure
Strong organization and project management skills
Understanding of complex IT systems architecture and release cycles
Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience

3-5 years of previous release and/or project management experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field
