Responsibilities:

Supervision of preparation of project documentation for building owner ( on the stage of project designing);
Development, preparation, analysis and review budgets and other financial reports;
Preparation of tasks for design solutions (control of planning and prospecting organizations to implement the charged works, provision of planning and prospecting organizations with necessary initial data for designing);
Adjustment and optimization of design solutions;
Collection of raw data for designing, solution of technical situations for projects during the whole period of designing, construction, bringing into the operation;
Supervision of terms, quality and completeness of project documentation development, engineering survey (including plan schedules, accountability);
Supervision of equivalence of project documentation development to results of engineering survey, town planning of ground area, technical rules demand, etc;
Well-timed determination of all questions, coming from subcontracted organization during the process of development of design and estimate documentation;
Technical supervision;
Participation in the process of bringing the project into operation.

Requirements:

Higher Education (Industrial and Civil Construction or Architectural)
Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in design management;
Knowledge of Russian standards and design codes;
Experience of project management;
Knowledge of Revit;
A proven track record in day to day management of projects;
Significant post technical qualification experience, preferably working within the logistics sector or industrial building sector and with experience in planning major commercial sites.
