An exciting opportunity to support TOTAL’s team in Russia has arisen for a diligent and customer-oriented specialist with confirmed experience.

The successful candidate will be in charge of the following missions:

• placing orders for production of lubricants/ raw materials/ packaging;
• ensuring the best goods’ availability and delivery time;
• ensuring the conformity of communication process with plants to Total Vostok requirements;
• controlling the shipment terms;
• checking prices of imported products correspond to those in the price lists;
• providing the Accounting department with the shipment documents, information on pricing, shipment terms, etc. under the agreed procedure;
• monitoring contracts with suppliers; ensuring signing the additional agreements;
• ensuring timely update of the ERP database 1C with the information on new suppliers, contracts, references;
• assisting in purchasing of raw materials for the blending plant in Kaluga region.

Profile:

• university degree in Economics, Engineering, Logistics or similar;
• at least 3 years of professional experience;
• fluency in English is a must, French is an advantage;
• proficient with IT, knowledge of 1C is essential, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• responsible, accountable, teamwork, ability to learn.

Conditions:

• temporary contract for 1year;
• 8-hours working day from Mon to Fri;
• office in the centre of Moscow;
