Our Russian office is located in Perm and grows quickly. Soon it will hit the 100 employees threshold. We expect it to grow even further in upcoming years. People Operations & Talent effectiveness areas at this scale require a passionate experienced professional to design, maintain & optimize all the key processes and build a scalable local sub-team (as a part of global people team). This will help company increase organizational speed and effectiveness and achieve its goals better. Business needs dedicated resource, highly professional approach, best practices implementation and systematic improvement. We bet heavily on building things in a right way from the very beginning, not inventing the bicycle and only learning on-the-go.
You are HR/People professional with a big passion for both, people and efficiency. You like to do things right and know how to build things from scratch. You have structured and systematic approach, yet flexible in communications and able to engage all the key stakeholders in the process. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to
- People Operations & Talent Effectiveness strategy, metrics, roadmap and team definition.
- Optimizing process and defining standards in a growing company (e.g. scaling from 10 to 30 new hires per quarter).
- Setting up and managing compliance process that meets Gov't requirements and employees expectations.
- Reducing time & efforts needed to process all key people operations (payroll, compliance, C&B administration).
- Setting up performance assessment process aligned with the C&B program.
- Set the metric for measuring talent efficiency and design key programs to drive it.
Basic requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist with a proof record of processes building, scaling & optimization.
- 3+ years of management & leadership experience, strong team management skills (goal setting, motivation, coordination, delegation, decision making, hiring).
- Knowledge of general HR law & compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with 1C (payroll & HR administration).
- Expert ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Experience in tech/startup.
Would be a big advantage

- Hands-on experience with HR analytics.
- Fluent English (at least if you can read this job description without Google translate, it's already a big advantage!).
