Position Purpose: Under the supervision of the Segment Lead develop and implement a country/region and export account strategy aligned with the Business Strategy, relationship strategies, country/region and export account planning, sales budgeting and demand planning for the countries/regions and select export accounts in foodservice and retail.
Responsibilities:

Establish/support/develop relationships with existing and new consumers - foodservice and retail export accounts through regular phone communications, meetings, special consumer events to fully understand consumer’s needs and market trends/preferences.

Execution/participation in special business projects (e.g. feasibility study of new products or sales countries/regions). Educating the existing/potential consumers on new products and services developed as a result of these projects. Perform trials of new products and pull-through sales with the consumers.

Establish/support/develop relationships with existing and new customers - foodservice and retail export key accounts and export distribution accounts through regular phone communications, meetings, special customer events to fully understand customers' needs and market trends/preferences. Sales of local oil/fat foodservice and retail products from the Efremov oil plant to export customers - foodservice and retail distribution accounts: identify and establish primary contacts with new customers, provide prices, discuss/agree on main transaction terms, confirm new business transactions, provide provisional delivery plans to customer service and production etc. Annual sales budget execution in terms of volumes and overall contribution in accordance with goals set up by strategy.

Get and analyse sales data from the export distribution accounts, discuss customer product requirements, prepare and execute account plans and countries/regional marketing plans.

Contract execution follow-up (based on actual performance and customer feedback), complaint resolution supervision (together with QC, CSR specialists), customer payment performance monitoring (together with respective accounting specialists); monitor customer market exposure/risk.

Provide inputs for business planning and measurement processes, including market data analysis, sales forecasting/budgeting for specific customers and products.

Coordinate and manage various business supporting activities, incl. sales budgeting, monthly updates of the demand plan, coordination on S&OP execution, manage credit exposure with customer base including collection of past due accounts. Perform other miscellaneuous/administrative tasks, such as providing new customer details for JDE systems, requesting new/revised payment terms for customers.
- Higher education in economics/finance/marketing.
- Advanced Level of English.
- Min 3 years experience in the area of B2B export account management.
- Successful projects implemented with the accounts.
- Readiness to travel abroad.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, analytical, planning and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented business approach.
- Consistency, integrity and execution discipline.
- Relevant logistic and product certification issues (supply chain, outbound logistics, modes of transport, customs clearance issues, export product certification, product packing, foreign countries legislation etc.).

This position will have a full impact on sales volume, contribution margin and share of wallet with export accounts in foodservice and retail. An sales manager will be able to put together a country/regional and select accounts strategy for the assigned country/region and accounts and prepare and present a clear Country/Regional Plan and Customer Development Plan for select export accounts.
Sales Manager will participate in new products and services development and deployment.
