Pack-Price Architecture
Provide PepsiCo Russia Snacks pack-price architecture analysis to draw price and portfolio changes recommendations Develop the model to evaluate price changes impact on Volume, Net Revenue, NRR, Margins. Incorporate the regional pricing specifics, cross pack sizes and brands price relativities. Lead the price change process including price lists’ update, Sales and Commercial teams communication. Set up average shelf price modeling based on the gross price and promotions pressure inputs by channel and pack size
Promotions
Support Sales Execution, Category and Sales Finance to assess promotions’ performance by channel, brand, mechanic, depth & duration. Set up the effective process to incorporate different sources of promotions effectiveness insights into the promotions performance assessment: customers sell out data, Hypercom, Nielsen market audit, shopper and consumer insights Contribute to the Snacks promotions guidelines development. Propose Volume sold on promotions, Discount depth, Hi/Lo price points, promotions mechanic and communication standards based on the promotions assessment. Develop the model to assess the promotions guidelines effectiveness on the channel, store type and customer levels Provide the promotions improvement initiatives to improve the trade spend visibility and minimize cross-channel cannibalization
CDA
Drive the CDA counterpart’s assessment to maximize PepsiCo Snacks and customers’ volume, revenue and margins performance. Asses the CDA impact on promotion performance in term of PepsiCo net price, and customer margins including promotions’ co-investment
Mix
Create the modeling tool to evaluate brand, packs and channel mix impacts on Snacks category volume, revenue, margins Propose Mix strategies & actions (e.g., by channel, category, brand)
RM Strategy projects
Provide price and promotions inputs for Snacks PPA projects Support Commercialization with pricing and promotions insights for the Snacks Category innovation projects. Drive alignment of Revenue Strategy inputs to the Snacks Category projects with Sales Execution, Category and Sales Finance
Build Competitors’ intelligence
Build the process of competitors analysis to provide relevant inputs for Revenue Strategies creation Ensure that competitors’ strategies are understood and work out a methodology to predict most likely competitors’ movements. Incorporate region, channel, brand and pack size granularity for the insights. Ensure that competitors insights are embedded in the Category decisions making process Support EER Snacks category with competitors insights related to volume, product and channel mix and promo spend.
Requirements :
Higher Education – obligatory ?
Advanced English language skills ?
Advanced modeling skills ?
2+ years working experience in Finance, Sales, Trade marketing or Insights ?
Experience of working in Pricing or Revenue Management in FMCG – desirable ?
CIMA, ACCA or similar qualification– desirable ?
Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills
