We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to execute an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Perform business needs analysis of customers to provide value-based proposition
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments
· Establish positive business and customer relationships, ensure customer service satisfaction, secure key accounts, troubleshoot and up-sell them
· Execute sales strategy to meet corporate goals and new annual revenue
· Develop and maintain a customer database, respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
· Personal sales planning and execution, make sales calls to clients, negotiate sales agreements
· Develop and clearly present company products and services
· Develop sales proposals, prepare and present sales contracts
· Ability to execute internal processes and procedures
· Adopt the Positive Company Culture
· Maintain and Schedule sales activity records
· Create and Prepare Sales Reports
· Maintain High Frequency of Communications with Customers
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· Deliver high quality customer relationships, including personal engagement with decision makers
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
· Be accountable for delivering revenue and meeting personal sales quota
· Introduce and upsell products and services to your customers without support of development department
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Professional skills/ Personal qualities
- Bachelor’s degree and proven sales track record
- Ability to drive sales opportunities successfully and consistency in achieving sales targets
- Ability to find key decision-makers, build strong positive relationships
- Responsible for entire sales cycle beginning to end
- Proven experience in sales
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to generate leads and develop new accounts
- Analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales reports on monthly, quarterly and half a year basis
- Knowledge of business needs analysis and value-based proposition practices
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, strategy and tactics
- Excellent in working with calendar, planning and arranging C-level meetings
- Must Have Professional Written and Verbal Skills
