We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director who will be responsible for attracting targeted traffic on the world market in order to increase sales.

As Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role on the Go-to-Market strategy. You will work cross functionally with leads from Commerce, Business Development, Creative, Communications, Data Science and Business Intelligence to build and executing Digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• provide oversight, guidance and strategic direction for digital marketing on an international scale;
• develop a strong overall marketing strategy for business which aligns to the business strategy;
• create new marketing model to drive strong e-commerce presence;
• lead and inspire high-performance digital marketing team - Attract, grow, motivate and maintain talent;
• create compelling content plan for customers, partners and sales including comprehensive digital marketing;
• closely work with product management, strategy, GEOs and other marketing teams;
• lead announcements/launches highlighting and showcasing Volume business value;
• lead a cross-functional account team of digital marketers in the development and implementation of traffic and revenue-generating strategies;
• provide strategic direction in the creation of dynamic and engaging interactive experiences for consumers across all digital platforms;
• complete other duties as new opportunities arise.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• 5+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience, preferably including subscription business and direct response experience;
• demonstrated success leading an e-commerce or digital marketing team;
• demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
• in-depth working knowledge of digital marketing trends and tactics – SEO, paid media, email marketing, digital nurturing programs, CRM platforms, and social media;
• master level experience with website analytics, preferably Google Analytics;
• demonstrated understanding and experience with the role of data for segmenting, targeting and retargeting audiences across multiple channels;
• ability to communicate clearly and articulately, and persuade key stakeholders on the viability, practicality, and emotional benefit of your recommendations;
• experience in Scrum and understanding of the main principles of Agile;
• ability to work in a dynamic deadline-driven environment with multiple complex projects running concurrently.
