We are looking for Supply Network Operations Specialist to join our Physical Distribution team.

The candidate we are looking for:

• Is proficient in English and Russian
• Is energetic, flexible, open minded, able to handle frequent changes and multiple priorities
• Has strong communication, leadership and analytical capabilities
• Able to operate with discipline, prepared to take responsibility and ownership
• Legally eligible to work in Russia
• Minimum education of Bachelor
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, knowing SAP is a plus

Key Transportation planner responsibilities:

• Manage shipments in the EECAR Region to ensure operational performance is in line with success measures
• Support daily operations which include:
  • Search transport for P&G deliveries ex plants/DCs in EECAR region (via TMS Delivery optimization)
  • TMS docks / loading schedule adjustments / confirmations, transit time adjustments;
  • Loading and unloading issue resolution;
  • Freight auctions
  • Exception management (non-standard transit, same day loading, returns / refusals);
  • Event management (holidays, pre-builds, etc);
  • WHs capacity check;
  • DMS – Transportation control update, Demurrage;
  • Daily forecast pre-sharing with sending sites.
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Be an expert in the transport planning and more
• Issue reports and follow-up on results
• Inform customer/sales of reported shortages
• Manage performance of transport companies via control & negotiations
• Participate in transport processes optimization projects
